McKinley Mall Maintenance

Now Hiring. A Part-Time Maintenance person 32-36 hours per week. Prior experience with landscaping and light maintenance is desired. Duties include mowing, trimming, cleaning the outside parking lot, power washing exterior glass entrances and doors and performing light snow removal. Light maintenance to include replacing light bulbs, ceiling tiles, painting, minor repairs within the building, setting up and taking down tables and chairs for events, setting up holiday decor. The right candidate will need to use a ladder and scissor lift and must be able to lift at least fifty pounds and be able to work in inclement weather. Additionally, this candidate will fill in for our housekeeping department as needed.
